At EiraFashionTVM, we take great care in delivering your products safely and on time. We partner only with reputed national courier services to ensure reliable delivery. 

Since each piece is handcrafted and every artisan’s process is unique, shipping timelines may vary slightly. Please refer to the product page for specific shipping timelines for each item.

Our courier partners deliver shipments Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as unexpected travel delays, weather conditions, strikes, or any restrictions imposed by government authorities.

Please note that address changes cannot be accepted once the order has been placed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.

Dispatch within 5 - 10 days depending upon the order quantity.
